Termination

We can terminate or suspend your access right away, without notice, for any reason including if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, you lose access to the Service immediately.

No matter what damages happen to you, the Company and its suppliers' total liability is capped at what you actually paid through the Service or a hundred bucks if you haven't bought anything. The Company and its suppliers won't be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages—lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss—whether arising from the Service or your inability to use it, even if they knew such damages were possible.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, not including its conflict of law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Other local, state, national, or international laws might also apply. If something goes wrong with the Service, try to work it out informally by contacting the Company first.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you're protected by the mandatory laws of your home country. United States Legal Compliance: You confirm that you're not in a country under US embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting" by the US government, and you're not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to accomplish its intent as much as possible under the law. The rest of the Terms stay in full effect. Not exercising a right or enforcing an obligation under these Terms doesn't mean you lose that right or obligation later. Waiving one breach doesn't waive future ones.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms might have been translated for you on the Service. The original English version takes priority if there's a dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms kick in. Keep using the Service after that, and you're agreeing to the new terms. These terms are effective as of August 28, 2026.
