Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Crystalanchor collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Service. It also lays out your privacy rights and what legal protections apply to you. We rely on your personal data to keep the Service running and make it better. When you use the Service, you're agreeing that we can collect and use your information the way this policy describes.

Interpretation

Words that start with a capital letter have specific meanings defined below. These definitions apply the same way whether we're talking about one thing or many.

Definitions

Here's what we mean by these terms throughout this Privacy Policy: • Account is the unique account we create for you so you can access the Service or parts of it. • Affiliate refers to any organization that controls, is controlled by, or shares common control with us. Control means owning at least half of the shares, equity, or other securities. • Company (also referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") is Crystalanchor. • Cookies are small files that get placed on your computer, phone, or other device by websites. They track your browsing history and preferences. • Country means Washington, United States. • Device is anything that can access the Service—a computer, phone, tablet, whatever. • Personal Data is information that identifies you or could reasonably identify you. • Service is the Website. • Service Provider is any person or organization that processes data on our behalf. • Usage Data is information we collect automatically when you use the Service or from our infrastructure. • Website is Crystalanchor's site. • You refers to the person accessing or using the Service, or the organization or legal entity they represent.

Types of Data Collected: Personal & Usage Data

When you use our Service, we might ask you to give us personally identifiable information so we can contact or identify you. This could include your name, email address, or any messages you send us through the contact form. We also collect Usage Data. Usage Data gets collected automatically as you use the Service. This includes your Device's Internet Protocol address (your IP address), what browser you're using and its version, which pages you visit, when you visit them, how long you stay on each page, and unique identifiers for your device.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking tools to follow what you do on our Service and remember certain information. We use beacons, tags, and scripts to collect data and track activity so we can improve things. Cookies or Browser Cookies work like this: a small file gets placed on your Device, and you can tell your browser to reject all Cookies or alert you when one is being sent. Web Beacons are tiny electronic files in some parts of our Service and in emails that let us count how many people have visited a page. Both Session and Persistent Cookies help us provide Essential Cookies, remember your preferences, and add functionality. If you want more details about which cookies we use, check out our Cookies Policy.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use your Personal Data for several reasons. We need it to provide and maintain the Service and keep track of how it's being used. Managing your Account—handling your registration and keeping your account running—requires it. We use it to fulfill contracts with you, stay in touch via email or phone, and send you news or special offers about what we offer. When you ask us to handle something, we use your data to deal with that request. Sometimes we transfer data as part of business transactions. We also do data analysis and look at usage trends to see how well our promotional campaigns work. Your personal information might be shared with our Service Providers, Affiliates, business partners, other users, or anyone you've given permission to access it.

Retention and Transfer of Your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy. If we have a legal obligation to hold onto it, we will. Your information gets processed at our offices and wherever the people handling it are located. It might be transferred to and stored on computers outside your state, province, country, or jurisdiction. By accepting this Privacy Policy and sending us your information, you're agreeing to that transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You can ask us to delete the Personal Data we have about you, and we'll help make that happen. The Service might let you delete certain information directly from your Account. You can update, change, or remove your information anytime by signing in. Just know that we might need to keep some information if we're legally required to do so.

Disclosure and Security of Your Personal Data

If we get involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data could be transferred as part of that. We'll give you notice before that happens. Sometimes the law requires us to disclose your Personal Data, or we have to respond to valid requests from authorities like courts or government agencies. Your Personal Data's security matters to us, but no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We do our best to protect it with industry-standard methods, but we can't guarantee it's 100% safe.

Children's Privacy

Our Service isn't designed for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from kids that age. If you're a parent or guardian and you know your child gave us Personal Data, get in touch. If we discover we've collected Personal Data from someone under 18 without parental consent, we remove it from our servers.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service has links to other websites we don't run. If you click a third-party link, you'll go to their site. We recommend checking out the Privacy Policy of any site you visit. We don't control what's on those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We might update this Privacy Policy now and then. When we do, we'll post the new version here and notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect. This privacy policy became effective August 28, 2026.
